The Process

Step 1: NAPP registers acute trust primary care organisation or practice based commissioning groups for pain management service development programme.

Step 2: Commissioning lead receives secure user name and password to access pain management service development website.

Step 3: NAPP facilitates service assessment, meeting with key stake holders and project plan agreed.

Step 4: NAPP delivers training to stakeholders on pain service health economic model.

Step 5: Stake holders undertake programme.

Step 6: Programme completed resulting in new pain service or enhancement of existing service.

Step 7: NAPP supports service delivery through implementation and awareness campaign.

The entire process should take approximately 6 months.
